RICHARD A. GREIFINGER is an attorney and principal of the Law Offices of Richard A. Greifinger, West Orange, New Jersey. He was admitted to practice in in 1980. He was certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney in 1985 and recertified periodically ever since. He has held an “AV” preeminent rating with Martindale Hubbell® beginning in 1986 and continuing to date. He has tried over 100 cases in a variety of disciplines including personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, workers’ compensation, invalidation of Last Will and Testament, breach of restrictive covenant, breach of trade secrets, breach of contract, commercial fraud, insurance fraud, pension fraud, consumer fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, fire loss, criminal, and dissolution of marriage.
Mr. Greifinger’s primary interest and focus is and has always been in the realm of personal injury litigation. He has published and lectured throughout the years in affiliation with the New Jersey Association for Justice, Professional Educational Systems, Inc (PESI) and National Business Institute (NBI), on a variety of topics, all related to litigation and trial practice and is a former barrister in the Arthur T. Vanderbilt Inn of Court.
